The Eastern Platte Valley Off Highway Vehicle Association consists of a group of area riders who are affiliated with NOHVA
(Nebraska Off Highway Vehicle Association). Our main goal is to open up a riding area between Omaha and Lincoln as well as protect the riding areas we have.
